Flovera Construction Services, LLC is seeking a hardworking Construction Laborer to join our construction team. The Construction Laborer will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including loading and unloading materials, preparing job sites, and cleaning up after the work is completed. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in construction and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials and tools
- Prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing the work area
- Use hand tools as needed
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, shoveling, and moving materials
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by following all safety protocols
- Work with construction team to complete projects on time and within budget
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Travel is required
- 1-2 years of experience in construction
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy materials
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor tasks
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Must be a citizen of the United States of America
- Good understanding of safety protocols
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- OSHA 10-Hour Safety Certification or higher (preferred)
